What are the method of payment accepted by GBC Premium Finance?

GBC Premium Finance accepts payments made by Visa & Mastercard, Debit Card, Check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer, and ACH.

How can we make the payment?

The insured can pay online by using a credit card or mail the check payments to GBC Premium finance at 110 E 9th St, Ste C-900., Los Angeles, CA 90079, or set up the autopay.

Is there a late fee if I missed payment by the due date?

If you missed payment by the due date, GBC Premium Finance allows a grace period of 10 days to make the payments.  However, our cut off time is 1 pm (Pacific Standard Time) and we are closed on the weekends and holidays.  If the 10th day of the grace period falls into a weekend or a holiday then the payment must be paid on Thursday to appear on our record by Friday or the business day before the holiday.

Are there any extra fees when making payments online?

Yes, when the insured make payments online by checking account there is a transaction fee of $2.50 and 4% if paid by visa or Mastercard.  Please note that there is a $4,000 limit for debit card transactions.

Are there any extra fees to mail the payment or set up as autopay?

No, there are no extra charges for payments made by mail or autopay.

How can I reset my password?

The insured can reset the password if their email address is already set up in customer Information (*please see video guide for your reference);

Can I make any changes on my Insurance Coverage with GBC Premium Finance?

No, the Insured cannot make changes directly with GBC Premium Finance.  We amend insurance policy when only instructed by the insured’s agency or broker.  Please contact your agency or the broker if any updates or changes are needed to be made.

How long does GBC Premium Finance give the insured to make their payment?

The insured will have 10 days from their due date until the intent to cancel and extra 5 days until cancellation.

Is online payment free of charge?

There will be a $2.50 transaction fee when making a payment using a checking account and 4% using a credit (visa or Mastercard) or debit card with a limit of $4,000.

How much is my late fee?

It’s 5% of the monthly installment amount.

How can I set my account into autopay?

We need to have a complete autopay form with a voided check copy. You can print the form from this website or contact your retail agency/broker for assistance.

When can I get my refund for my down payment when the policy canceled?

It depends on how soon we received the return premium back from the Insurance Carrier. Any monies that GBC Premium Finance received will apply toward the insured’s account balance first and any credits will be refunded to the insured after 2 weeks from receiving the return premium.

If I missed the due date, when will the late fee be posted?

Late fee is charged on the 10th day after your original due date

If a missed a payment when will my insurance be cancelled?

After 15 days of payment due date Cancellation will be sent to the Insurance Carrier.
